Privacy

The short version: we use privacy-respecting analytics, keep clinic-response correspondence separate from public facts, and do not sell your data.

What we collect

The information relevant here:

  • Aggregate, privacy-respecting usage analytics via PostHog, hosted in the EU and routed first-party through our own domain – this tells us which pages are read, not who you are.
  • Your email address, but only if you join the Briefing – and only because you gave it to us.
  • If you answer or correct a clinic profile: your name, role, work email, request or submission reference, supplied facts and supporting links. We use the private record to verify and review the response. Only approved factual answers and public source links may be published, and only when attribution is permitted.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not share your email with the brands we cover.
  • A clinic-response work email, raw correspondence and private review notes stay separate from the public clinic dataset. The work email is not added to the Briefing, sold or published; it is used to verify and discuss that editorial submission.
  • The Briefing carries no sponsors inside the letter.
  • You can unsubscribe with one click in any issue.

Questions

Do you sell or share my data?

No. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your email with the brands Agewell covers.

Does Agewell track me personally?

Analytics run through PostHog, hosted in the EU and routed first-party through our own domain. It shows which pages are read in aggregate; a personal profile is only created for people who identify themselves, such as by joining the Briefing.

What happens to my email if I join the Briefing?

We store the address you give us and use it to send the Briefing, which carries no sponsors. Unsubscribe with one click in any issue.

How do I get my data removed?

Email hi@agewell.guide and we will remove it.
