Agewell now has one live affiliate relationship, with HigherDOSE through Awin. Every tracked link is marked and the relationship does not change a verdict or ranking.
How we make money
A retailer may pay Agewell a percentage when you buy through a marked affiliate link, at no extra cost to you. The live relationship is HigherDOSE through Awin, used selectively where the exact product survives the same evidence and value test as every unmonetized option.
How we disclose it
Every affiliate link is marked rel="sponsored" for search engines and carries a visible disclosure line in the same component as the buy button, so it cannot be forgotten. The verdict is always written before any commercial conversation.
Where we are today (September 2026)
HigherDOSE links now appear selectively on the hair-loss, wrinkles and red-light buying guides, plus two scored gadget entries. The Red Light Hat, Face Mask, Full Body Red Light Starter Kit, Red Light Showerhead Filter and Microcurrent Body Sculptor each keep an explicit caveat beside the link. None replaced the independent top pick in its guide.
