Zoī Vendôme review: cost, what you get and follow-up

Zoī Vendôme is a Paris preventive-health centre with three clearly priced check-ups and a quote-only fourth tier. Pulse costs €990, Essential €3,590 and Signature €4,990. Ultimate takes a full day, adds whole-body MRI and other advanced imaging, measures 200-plus biomarkers and includes physician reviews at three, six and nine months. The service is preventive rather than curative, so abnormal findings and treatment still need a handoff to ordinary medical care.

What we checked

Price, program scope, clinician time and follow-up.

We checked the provider’s current program pages and, where available, independent or regulatory sources listed below. We then separated standard inclusions from optional costs and open questions. Every source carries the date we reviewed it.

The short answer

Is Zoī Vendôme worth considering?

Three public package prices; Ultimate quote required

Zoī is one of Europe’s easier premium check-ups to compare because its first three tiers publish price, visit time, biomarker counts, imaging and results-consultation time. Pulse is a lower-cost baseline, Essential adds more imaging, Signature adds year-long scheduled support, and Ultimate is a bespoke quote-only tier with whole-body MRI and quarterly physician follow-up. The app is useful infrastructure, not unlimited doctor access, and Zoī says the service does not replace a regular doctor or provide treatment.

Best fit

  • A Paris buyer who wants a transparent check-up price and a defined results consultation.
  • Someone choosing between a short lifestyle baseline and a more complete preventive assessment.
  • A Signature or Ultimate buyer who values scheduled physician reviews across the year.

Ask before booking

  • Which tests in my tier are recommended for my age and risk rather than included by default?
  • Who answers app messages, and what response time and clinical scope are included?
  • How are abnormal findings transferred to my GP or an appropriate specialist?
  • Can I export all laboratory values, images, reports and recommendations in portable formats?
  • Which follow-up consultations, repeat tests and sex-specific imaging will cost extra?

Choose something else if

  • You need diagnosis or treatment of active symptoms or a chronic condition.
  • You assume twelve months in the app means unlimited included physician appointments.
  • You want every sex-specific scan or repeat DEXA included in the headline package price.

What Zoī Vendôme actually sells

Pulse is a 90-minute baseline centred on laboratory testing, functional exams, DEXA and lifestyle recommendations. Essential takes about three and a half hours and adds broader functional and imaging work. Signature takes about four and a half hours, expands biology and imaging, gives a one-hour results consultation and adds two planned physician reviews. Ultimate is a full day with 200-plus biomarkers, at least eight imaging exams including whole-body MRI and advanced cardiac imaging, a one-hour results visit, three follow-up consultations and three repeat DEXA scans.

Zoī cost and common add-ons

The public prices are €990 for Pulse, €3,590 for Essential and €4,990 for Signature, including tax. Ultimate is available only on request, so obtain a total that identifies partner-clinic imaging, repeat scans and every follow-up. Advanced Women’s Health or Advanced Men’s Health costs €960 extra, an additional DEXA is €250 and a 20-minute preventive video consultation is €200. Those à-la-carte prices matter most for Pulse and Essential, where later physician appointments are not standard.

Doctor time and app follow-up

Pulse and Essential each list a 30-minute results consultation. Signature lists one hour for results plus physician reviews at three and nine months. Ultimate lists one hour for results plus reviews at three, six and nine months. All tiers provide a doctor-built protocol and twelve months in the Zoī app, with concierge and referral support. Zoī says participating doctors are independent practitioners. Ask who responds inside the app and what requires a separately paid consultation.

What the check-up does not do

Zoī explicitly says its service is not curative and does not include treatment. A high biomarker count can create apparent abnormalities that need context, repeat testing or specialist review. The American College of Radiology says there is not enough evidence to recommend total-body MRI screening for people without symptoms, risk factors or family history. Before booking Ultimate, ask what personal indication supports each image, how incidental findings are managed and how results enter ordinary medical care.

Zoī vs Echelon Health and Viavi

Zoī has the lowest entry price and the most legible tier comparison. Echelon uses substantially more CT and MRI in its upper packages and is more imaging-led. Viavi charges more but sells multidisciplinary health management rather than primarily a check-up and app. Ultimate is Zoī’s broadest answer to ongoing care, yet its quote-only price and four scheduled doctor consultations still differ from an open-ended concierge practice.

Questions people ask about Zoī Vendôme

How much does Zoī Vendôme cost?

Zoī lists Pulse at €990, Essential at €3,590 and Signature at €4,990 including tax. Ultimate requires a quote. Sex-specific advanced imaging costs €960 extra, and additional consultations or DEXA scans can also cost more.

What is the difference between Zoī Pulse, Signature and Ultimate?

Pulse is a 90-minute baseline. Signature is a broader four-and-a-half-hour assessment with two later physician reviews. Ultimate is a quote-only full-day assessment with whole-body MRI and three later reviews.

Does Zoī include a full year of doctor access?

All tiers include twelve months in the app. Signature lists physician reviews at three and nine months, while Ultimate lists reviews at three, six and nine months. Extra 20-minute video consultations are €200.

Can Zoī treat a medical condition?

Zoī says its offer is preventive and not curative, so treatment is not included. Active symptoms, chronic disease and abnormal findings need appropriate primary or specialist care.

Where is Zoī Vendôme?

All current check-ups take place at 12 rue Volney in the second arrondissement of Paris. App-based support can continue remotely after the visit.
