Comparing the three only by biomarker count hides the much bigger difference: imaging, experimental-adjacent measures and the amount of follow-up.

Ask for a written list of outside imaging reads, specialist referrals, repeat blood work and any treatment that is not included in the quoted fee.

Core is generally positioned as an annual assessment. Ask how long the physician meeting lasts and who remains available if a result becomes clinically important between scheduled visits.
Whole-body MRI may detect important abnormalities, but it can also create incidental findings and downstream tests. Multi-cancer detection blood tests remain an evolving screening category and do not replace established screening. Before choosing Evolve or the highest tier, ask what a positive, negative or uncertain result changes in practice.
