Best fit
- A buyer who wants a one-site full-day preventive examination.
- Someone who values two physician meetings and same-day interpretation.
- A patient comparing private executive exams in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic US.
Princeton Longevity Center offers a full-day preventive examination with extensive laboratory work, cardiovascular testing, body composition and substantial imaging. The visit includes two physician meetings and runs about six to eight hours. Current pricing requires a quote, and the base exam, Titanium package and elective imaging should be compared as separate products.
What we checked
We checked the provider’s current program pages and, where available, independent or regulatory sources listed below. We then separated standard inclusions from optional costs and open questions. Every source carries the date we reviewed it.
The short answer
Princeton is a strong fit for a buyer who wants a concentrated private exam and values same-day physician review. Its imaging-heavy identity also raises the most important buying question: which scans are standard, which are elective and what happens after an incidental finding. Ask for the protocol and complete price in writing.
At a glance
Princeton lists extensive laboratory work, treadmill testing, coronary calcium and vascular CT, pulmonary testing, DEXA or body composition, dietitian input and exercise-physiology review. Full-body imaging, CT coronary angiography and multi-cancer testing appear as electives or higher-package features rather than universal parts of every exam.
The clinic does not currently publish one price. Ask for separate written totals for the base exam, Titanium and every elective. The useful comparison is the complete protocol for your age and risk, not a starting price that excludes the imaging or follow-up you expect.
Princeton describes an initial physician session of 45 to 60 minutes and a later same-day results meeting. That is meaningful clinical time for an executive exam. Confirm which test results will still be pending, how they are communicated and whether a later physician call is included.
Some PLC components use CT and therefore ionizing radiation. That does not make them automatically inappropriate, but it makes individual indication and cumulative exposure part of the decision. Broad imaging also increases the chance of incidental findings that may need repeat imaging or a specialist.
Titanium adds higher-package features and a six-month onsite fitness or nutrition follow-up. Other coaching and primary-care services are separate. Ask which upgrade changes a clinical decision and which simply adds more measurement before paying for the top package.
Princeton requires a current quote. Ask for separate totals for the base exam, Titanium and any elective imaging or testing.
