Vital Start can suit a buyer who wants a broad baseline, while Pinnacle is the only flagship tier that clearly includes six-month retesting. Before choosing Momentum or Pinnacle, ask which additional genetic, biological-age, cognitive and metabolic results change a clinical decision, how often you meet each clinician and whether treatment or repeat laboratory costs sit outside the fee.
